Meet Our Staff

Proud to be born & raised right here in Lee, Tom with 45 years of automotive experience holds his ASE Master Technician Certification, Ford Certified Diesel & Gas Master Technician, & is a Certified Cummins & Duramax Trained Technician. Here at Route 102, Tom's an all around automotive magician, especially when it comes to all things truck-related. When he's not at the garage, he thoroughly enjoys spending time with his family & being a passionate Eagles fan! (we don't hold it against him).

Joining us from the town of Sheffield, Max a graduate of Universal Technical Institute, has 17 years of automotive experience. He also completed Ford Accelerated Credential Training & is an ASE Certified Technician. Born into an automotive family, Max runs on horsepower. Here at Route 102, he's our expert jack-of all-trades, efficiently working on all makes & models and keeping our customers' vehicles safe. Outside of the shop, Max loves hanging with his family & pups, especially his adorable little girl Jade, & diligently supporting the Patriots!

Zipping up the hill from Great Barrington, Dylan is a tremendous asset to our team. He has 14 years of automotive technician experience, both gas & diesel. With an incredible work ethic, he's taking special care of our clients' vehicles getting them back safely on the road. Dylan's a big fan of the outdoors & hunting, & especially enjoys using his expertise & mechanical strategies on racecars, often winding up in the Winner's Circle!

Hailing from Stockbridge with a degree in Business, Curt's been a staple in the family business since the beginning. Master of juggling all aspects of running an automotive shop, Curt appreciates helping all of our clients old & new. When out of the shop, he's a bona fide sports enthusiast!

With experience & degrees in the automotive field, customer service & business; the Rathbuns started their family business here at 30 Run Way in 1999. They take tremendous pride in their top-notch team & are honored to provide sales & service to so many wonderful people who've become true friends. Away from work, Christy & Peter love most of all spending time with their family, friends & Chinook of course!

Chinook is a very fluffy, loyal, perfect boy. He loves to visit 102 and say hello!
